Orange Blossom Cafe is a product of a journey from that of a childhood love of baking and many experiences in the professional baking world. My love for baking came from many places like TLC’s “Cake Boss” and Bonnie O’ Hara’s “Bread Baking for Beginners.” Baking for my family was a formative part of my childhood and has informed how I view baking today.

I started my professional journey at the Institute of Culinary Education at Pasadena and have worked in several professional bakeries since then. From my childhood obsession to my recent baking jobs, I have always been driven by the want to serve the community that I grew up in. O’ Hara’s message of community in food has inspired me to begin my journey that I am so grateful to be able to share with you all today. So, finally, I invite you all to experience my journey here; all the while making very wholesome and nurturing foods to share with all of you.
